FTP (Upload Files)
FTP, otherwise known as File Transfer Protocol, is the fancy way of saying, "Upload your files to this place".
That is basically the gist. To FTP, you will need some FTP software, like SmartFTP or CuteFTP. Both are pretty simple to use.
Before uploading any files to our server, you will need to Contact Us with your name and project description so we can set up a secure login folder for your files. Only you and our staff will have access to this folder.
Upon receipt of your information, we will email your login name, password, and ftp address to gain access to our file server.
From that point, it is as easy as drag and drop your files from your desktop folder, into your FTP folder.
Please consider the amount of time to upload your files. Your connection speed to the internet will determine the amount of time to send us your files; i.e. high-speed is recommended.

Click the appropriate button for KiloBytes(KB) or MegaBytes(MB)
and the upload time will be displayed.
For a direct web HTTP upload, or Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, you will need to register and login to our Client Login area. We will set up a secure page for you to upload your files directly from our website.
These processes are in place to protect your confidentiality as well as our servers.
